Strategic Service Levels Approach

To turn a program around requires very specific actions done in a very structured manner. I am aware that ALL coaches are somewhere on the “Control Freak” spectrum and because of this I have developed three service levels for implementation.

Each level of service has increasingly more interaction during the implementation of these phases. This allows the coach to have the exact amount of intervention assistance that he/she wants during this process.

This is actually NO service level – you will get the program, go through it on your own, interpret it how you wish and then formulate and execute an implementation plan.

This is the most common option for coaches and it is also the least effective. Most coaches start here and find that they do need assistance on some level to create an effective amount of change.

Do It Yourself

This service level allows the coach to read, interpret and formulate implementation plans but at structured points along the way there is integrated collaboration.

We set-up a calendar based on the coaches implementation timeline to have strategic “coaches meetings” to ensure that the concepts and phases are on track for execution. This is BY-FAR the most used service level for veteran coaches wanting to turn programs around!

Done In Check Points

At the Done With You level the coach and coach Brandt work hand in hand on interpretation and implementation to ensure that everything is done right the first time. There is no price tag that can be put on having an expert along your side during this process!

This is a process that must be done correctly based on the often hostile environment that programs in turmoil are under. This is the service level of choice by new coaches as well as any coach entering into a turnaround environment for the first time!
