At this particular conference I am known as the “Video Guy” because I utilize videos throughout my seminar to engage the coaches on the hot topics in recruiting and coaching. I have had swimming coaches from Wisconsin, football coaches from Kentucky, baseball coaches from Georgia and basketball coaches from New York request follow-up seminars on their campuses on the very same topics.
The ultimate goal for this event (and others like it) is to give actionable content so that all of the coaches can walk away with strategies for improving how the efficiency in practice, the production during competition, their communicate as a coach and their results as recruiters.
Whether it’s Dennis Short (pictured right), Head Coach of Rollins College Women’s Lacrosse in Florida who said “I have used everything you have ever spoken about and it all worked and I can’t wait to get more” or Nakita Lowrey-Dawkins (pictured right) from the University of Minnesota who said “this is the 3rd time I’ve heard coach Brandt and the 3rd time I’ve learned incredible information! We use coach Brandt’s stuff everyday and you should too!” One of the most impressive testimonials came from Rebecca Weiland who said “your segment on clarity in communication was the most important thing I’ve heard all weekend! That is the number one challenge we have and you might have changed everything for us! I can’t wait to get back and share this information – get ready to come to Madison!”
